All I can tell is that the first guy is probably Chinese or Taiwanese or at least in that area.
The images are watermarked with a gay erotica forum which is in Chinese and the QR code is for a Chinese instant messaging app called QQ.
So my guess is that it's either a user there (looking for chat/cam?) or someone posted his pictures there.
My translations are not good enough to browse the entire forum for a specific person..
Someone fluent in Chinese might be able to help you though.

Hello, thank you for the info, although I still haven't found anything. I've been searching almost every famous sites where it is possible to be seen . I actually registered in that forum and I couldn't find my way to look for him even with the use of google translate. XD
