A good portion of them (myself included) wake up in the morning at their sexual peak. Science has proven that your most effective time of arousal, or your "peak period" for sexual activity is first thing in the morning. This is why most guys will wake up with a raging morning wood. When I was with my last ex (with whom I'm still very good friends), we had a bit of a flip-flop routine. At the very least, at bedtime, it was my turn to relieve his urges, then come the morning when I would awake with my usual raging morning wood, I would wake him by lubing up with spit, then sliding my dick in to begin.

This of course was not always the only time we had sex though. On many occasions, we would randomly have sex throughout the day. This did not happen every day though… only a lot of the time. The morning and bedtime sex though was pretty well a daily occurrence.
