I'm wondering who this bear is. I've read somewhere that his name is Tony Fontana, but I can but find any other information.

This image was captured from Cute Enough To Eat, but he had only a cameo appearance there. Would live to find some movies with him in action. If anyone can provide some more info I would be grateful.
