I know there are people who find it ugly, those who think it's sexy as hell and then there are those who simply don't give a living f*ck about the body-type. I'm of average built, ~78 kg on 180 cm (~171 lbs, 5ft 10in) & have been working out for just few weeks when I was away from home because I had my peace, I have a big issue when someone is present while I'm working out. :crazy2: What I really hope to find on GT.ru with this topic is some advice on how to start with everything, diet, some good workout routines you've been using and so on. I don't have any workout machine at home & at the moment gym is not planned (student's pocket) so I want to go easy with this until maybe the end of summer then hit the gym the hard way. Any advice on starting the bear-mode? ;D
