I guess that once again, it's a case of "Denial is a wide river in Egypt".  
I find it disturbing to see that their denial has extended as far as their understanding of STD's.  
…I won't even get into the part where they talk about one of the country's favorite sayings being, "women are for children, boys are for pleasure."
