As for me, I've done some selking, although not as easily or well as I'd like; but I have cum.

With the self-sucking, when I was a teenager (and more limber), I was able to do a little licking, but no sucking.

If I could, I'd definitely do both, and cum. With the sucking though, I'd cum, but probably wouldn't swallow. (The freak in me is pretty much immediately and totally gone,  once I've shot my load; so I'd probably gag.)
