I have fast download speed at least where I am from but.

My download always finished at 332 MB when the video is around 722 MB

I quit downloading after my fourth attempt. All four attempts finished at  332 MB

WHAT GIVES CF!?

You can't do anything but wait for the admins to fix the file.  :cry2:
