If it is your first time you can also claim 600 bonus points which will 'buy' 10GB of upload.

Other ways are to download freeleech torrents that have plenty of leechers (but only if you want the movie and there is plenty of freeleech time left). And leave your torrent client running with your downloaded files seeding.

Get extra bonus points by joining in the forums, voting on your downloads and adding pictures to other torrent pages.
