Could you possibly 'tidy uo' this forum? (I will explain as concisely as possible. Please forgive me if I seem abrupt.)

While on this site, I spend most of my time in this forum and I have noticed that at least two thirds of these requests/topics are no longer required/dead and they are heeding persons, like myself, in finding films/other content, which are being requested by others, which we can upload. (Currently there are 17 pages with 20 requests per page - approx 340 requests. That would mean over 200 dead topics/links.)

Unlike other forums this is generally a 3 step form - ie not ongoing.:
STEP 1: Requester A - 'Has anyone got X-film?'
STEP 2: Uploader B - 'Yes, now available.'
STEP 3: Requester A - 'Thank you.'
Obviously there are other posts, such as - 'I've beeen looking for this for ages, please upload.', but other than that once the request has been fulfilled the topic is no longer required.

I am not saying irradicate the the topics completely, just move fulfilled requests to a seperate 'sticky' to leave unanswered requests more easily available. I am contacting requesters, of 4 weeks+, who still have not got their request because most reviewers do/will only read the current page and no further. I know this because , at first, I did it! - uploading the most recent requests presuming that the older ones had already been done (how wrong I was!).

What I am asking is the following:

1. Remove/delete fulfilled requests. As stated above,via the making of a weekly/monthly 'Thank you' sticky - ie 'Requester A' asked for 'Item X' it was uploaded by 'Uploader B' A big thanx to both.
2. Contact requesters to see if they still want their requested item/s. (If they have had no response they may have gone elsewhere to find the item/s requested!) [If got/no response Delete request.]
3. Possibility of an 'Available for Upload' section. Whereby potential uploaders post available content so others can contact them directly, rather than requesting something that they know someone has got!
4. Possability of a 'Request Form', rather than 'Have you got this film?' being the main topic. ie a form in which requesters fill in basic information about their request, as such Film/Item Name… Company... Other Info... etc.

I know I seem to be asking for a lot, but I would willingly give up my time to help.

Think of it long term, less dead links, more uploads of wanted content, a happier community!
