What is the difference between a non-certified and a certified trainer? 
I was thinking of starting with a personal trainer, are their questions I should ask before I start?

Here in America, Florida - close to 40$ per hour.

Mine is training in freestyle full contact and he charges about 25 USD an hour and it is worth it. I have started back to the gym and he is pushing me hard to help me lose the weight and get into better shape, plus he is not bad on the eyes.
