You can use hair removing cream if you have hairs there and these hair removal creams like Veet makes the area lighter and smooth too

But the effect would last up to few weeks only i guess unless you use it often

Bleached holes are easier on the eyes, but it doesn't really bother most people if it's not bleached. Just do what makes you happy, and if you keep having second thoughts about it, then it's better to hold if off.
