The member used Mediacoder to convert them to MP4 and they played fine.  The files are not corrupted, they just need to played back with a flv only player like Wimpy Flv player.  It worked great for me.  Or if you want to use your favorite media player (i.e. WMP or VLC) you can convert them with Mediacoder.  Hope this helps.
