<![CDATA[Duplicates involving bundle torrents]]>Okay so it has been confirmed that if there are two separate torrents that are already on the site and later someone uploads a torrent that contains both of it (same size and format) and nothing more, it's considered a duplicate.

Example 1:

Torrent C is considered a duplicate. I reported it two times to link to both original torrents and got rewarded.

So what if it's the other way around (the separate torrents are uploaded later)?

Example 2:

Guy Y - Video 1 - part 1.mp4 (100MB)
Guy Y - Video 1 - part 2.mp4 (100MB)

And mind you, Torrent D is not just a 'themed collection'. It is a complete pack with all parts of the same title. I believe Torrent E and F should be considered duplicates as well, since if a downloader wants only one part, they can just skip the files that they don't want from Torrent D.

I ask this because I've reported torrents like Example 2, but got no response after a while (I usually get rewarded within 24 hours), so I guess they got rejected. I would appreciate a message telling me the reason so that I won't repeat the same mistake.

Lets go back to Example 1. What needs to be stressed on is the "Well defined common theme" (in the torrent title, or at least description).

In your example it is easy, it is "Guy X", but I think many multiple (video) file torrents posted here lack the well defined common theme, but don't get reported. Reported not as duplicate, but reported for lacking that common theme or lacking the definition of that theme if it is visible from the file list.

So you mean if it doesn't have common theme and all the files in it are already available separately, then it should be reported as duplicate?
