I smoke cigarettes and weed. I don't know many benefits to cigarette smoking but there are a ton of benefits from smoking weed.  😄

There is no benefit in smoking cigarettes.  Stop now.

Remember me with smiles and laughter
For that's how I will remember you all
For if you can only remember with tears
Then please don't remember me at all.

health wise i'm sure there's only negative effects of smoking lol, and i'm not a smoker. however: i, like many others, enjoy a couple of fags [no pun intended lololol] when i drink alcohol, mainly because i think it enhances the taste of wine and highballs.

this too seem to have mainly damaging effects though: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-2373458/Drinking-smoking-hand-hand-recent-research-suggests-Nicotine-dampens-feel-good-chemicals-brain-making-crave-alcohol.html

im a heavy smoker but trying to cut down but i will not totally quit because- this may sound ludicrous to many of you out there but- my father was a heavy smoker too but when he quit cold turkey things didnt go right and in less than 10 yrs after he had developed lung cancer and died from it. it appears that if you have been smoking for a long time it becomes a part of your chemistry. take it away suddenly and there is nothing to fill its place. also, there is one wise old actress who said that ( i paraphrase) " i'm 92 and i will never stop smoking because its already a part of me. if i stop this i will get complications. better continue on smoking". this is only my belief. im not condoning smoking for those who are not smokers but for those who do, you might want to consider this.

people have been smoking since the beginning of written history. there are in fact benefits to it. here are some:

Too true.  No benefits and more drawbacks - many debilitating or fatal - that can readily be counted.  If you're a smoker, do yourself and those around you a favour and stop!

Not only that, at 52, I'm usually thought to be in my late 30s or early 40s.  The reason is simple; I'm a lifelong non-smoker.  People of my age mostly smoke and they look years older as a result.  Even if only for reasons of vanity, quit!

and ruins your health and deteriorates some of the internal organs. Even if my friends are fully informed of this, they won't stop smoking 😕

Tobacco, alcohol or any drug for that matter has no long-term benefits, but there sure are some, or people wouldn't do it. And yes I smoke and drink.

Yes, I don't think smoking had any benefit, it's just very addictive
