I bought a Cloneboy kit. The instructions sounded a bit easier than the clone-a-willy set. It wasn't great to be honest but it gave me an approximation of my dick. It's really a two person job so doing it by myself probably wasn't the best idea.

I think the main problem was that I hadn't stirred the mould mixture for long enough so it wasn't mixed correctly and didn't set properly. I didn't realise that until after I'd poured the silicone in to the mould. The mould basically started to disintegrate so it (the dildo) is covered in tiny bumps were the silicone escaped into broken bits of the mould (see the left hand side of the pic).

I'd read a review online that said the dildo they'd made snapped so I added less of the hardening solution to the silicone. This has made it fairly flexible. There also wasn't quite enough silicone to fill the mould. And I don't have a massive dick so if you've got a bigger than average length or girth cock you'll probably want to get an extra tub of silicone. As the dildo basically runs out partway down my dick there's not really anything to hold on to while it's inside so it's not that easy to use. The end isn't flat either.
