That way he doesn't feel like you're trying to just be demanding of him, but rather wanting to work together as a team on both of your weights.</p>

Is he sensitive about his weight? You can tell him that you love his weight and how he looks, but you're worried about him for health reasons. One thing you can try is to also "set the example" by eating healthier and/or exercising and placing more emphasis on it and maybe he will do the same. Set health goals together.</p>
