Do bidets help in the process of getting your rectum clear?
I mean I always try using it and then I played a little with myself but I haven't tried anal yet with another guy, I mean, with me being the bottom.

When it comes to getting the anus cleaned the best offense is a good defense which is why I recommend you start taking fiber with every meal. Psyllium Husk is the best type of fiber for this task and will cost about $20 for a 2 month supply. This will keep the digested food particles from sticking to your insides and allow for a fuller expulsion of the food whenever you go to the bathroom.

To get a full cleanse you simply need an open ended enema bag, or a shower douche. This way you can have a constant flow of water inserted into the anus washing it out without having to worry about holding it in or refilling the bag. Remember that the anus and rectum are two different thing so unless your into deep penetrations like fisting you will only have to wash out the anus which isn't very deep. Just wash it out about an hour before any sexual encounter and you'll be fine every time.
