I am STI/STD free and have never once in my life had anything, and I've been playing with it for a long time.My point about saying oral and anal or any other form of sex is unhealthy is that it carries a risk.

This is an open forum/site and as long as it is not harming anyone then it should be a problem.
There is a compromise, it has its own category which can be filtered.
If I dont want to see twinky porn I filter it, its that simple, yes occasionally it will show up but that's life. I dont go around making unhelpful comments about twinky porn showing up.

I wouldn't consider scat LESS safe than BB. Given that feaces is contributory in large part to typhoid, cholera and polio, and that it still carries the risk of HIV and Hepatitis (as well as parasitic infection). The risks of BB are very low when participants are STI free. At best i would concur that scat is AS safe as BB, provided that the shit is not consumed (unless its your own, gut bacteria is person specific, so can be very unhealthy to eat somebody elses gut bacteria).
I accept your point about the health aspect, and accept that my opinion is primarily motivated by the act itself. I find it disgusting, i don't want to see it. I respect the scat filter, and have implemented it. It still comes up in fetish though.
As a member of gaytorrents.net, i agree it is dieing a death, i very rarely visit, but i respect it for shielding its members eyes from gross imagery. Its not like even scat pictures need to be banned, but a rule stating that scat content MUST be uploaded to the scat category, will work just fine.

You can't keep everyone happy all the time, Having said that I think gaytorrents.ru have one a good job of trying to find a middle ground. The only way to have a more accurate filter is by stopping torrents being listed in more than 1 category. But that the requires a category for every conceivable type of porn, because, it then opens the flood gates for other people demanding not to see certain images which are still covered by a category.

I did a scat search. Despite having the scat category blocked, the results showed 48 results in fetish, 2 in straight younger and 1 in clips. It also showed that many of these do not have the scat category attached to them. It would have thrown up more results if i didn't have a dozen other categories filtered out.
I get that most of these results are likely due to being uploaded prior to the scat filter being introduced, but the point is that the scat filter doesn't hide the imagery when the uploader decides what category is attached to it, and so even when somebody else attaches the scat category, it still remains listed as fetish, or any other category like i've shown example for.
I'm not saying ban pictures, not at all, but does anybody really need to see such graphic images prior to deciding whether to download or not?? If you don't like twinks, its not the same as people disliking fetishistic imagery, twinks are not my bag either, but they are not disgusting to look at, so if accidentally you see it, its not gonna turn you off.
I'm not throwing any strop over this issue so you know. I've taken all the maximum measures i can take myself, filtering the scat category, not using the 'browse' button, and carefully keeping my mouse pointer off the torrents as i scroll.
Accidents do happen though, and so the imagery is not completely unavoidable. -

I already stated in my previous post, that there are scat results with NO scat category attached to them. The primary category in QTM at least is user defined, so if i choose to upload cock and ball torture clips, and assigned it has themed movies, that is what it would be listed as until a moderator or somebody had it brought to attention. So removing category votes wouldn't work, and besides, its not the category system that is problematic where scat porn is concerned, its the imagery. So any 'fix' woud best be addressed there.
You are right that i suggested scat pics should be banned. Its a better compromise than banning scat altogether. No pun intended but, well maybe a bit, but scat is a whole other level of filth.

My advice is not to look.. I can think of lots of better things to do than search for torrents to see if they have pictures I don't like.

I don't to see that type of thing ever lol. I do not like da poopoo. Idk maybe there could be a filtering option or something. I'm more careful now when I'm browsing now but it would be cool to have an option to block those types of images so I don't have to worry about it.

The only thing I can think of is to select every category except scat. But wouldn't it still show up if the torrent is placed in multiple categories? Let me know if there's another way.

Putting "-scat" in the search string (but there must be other inclusive words, not only this excluding) without the quotes and all matching items with "scat" inside a word will be not listed. That exists since ever and has been suggested upon.
You can as well exclude the "Scat" category. However legacy torrents from before that category existed are often still in "Fetish", but usually clearly tagged or named as scat.

Even worse is when you use the picture browser.. It's there no matter what you do, you don't have to hover over it.

To be fair I did download a torrent that involved 'that messy business' with no mention of it's inclusion. I survived and turned it into a positive by taking a screen grab of said mess and uploaded it for bonus points while also reporting torrent. I wish I could come up with some witty remix of "take that frown and turn it upside down" using brown instead of frown.

This is assuming that the torrents are categorized appropriately. I do find torrents here and there that are in the wrong category and are not branded as scat. They're usually older torrents, but nevertheless, you do find torrents in the wrong category from time to time.

I am going to do my best to keep scat torrents in the scat category.It is a slow process, so please be patient. If you find any new or old scat torrents that are in the wrong category then drop me a message or post here and I will correct it as soon as I can.
