I've been training guys to take a fist for over 35 years and none of them have lost control of their holes and are fully continent.  The oldest guy I ever fisted was certainly in his 70s and possibly in his 80s.  He'd been taking fists since he was a teenager so at least for a half century! He was as tight as a drum until it was time to open.

I hear a lot of arguments that go along the lines of "But taking something that big must make you loose.  Training a hole properly involves teaching a guy both to relax, and to strengthen the hole. That leaves a guy with a hole that he can control and which is strong and tight.

Let's get away from bashing others in our community for the kind of sex they enjoy.  There are no shortage of those outside who will do plenty of that already.
