<p dir="auto">I have heard someplace that if you're not drinking enough water, it can make it harder to lose weight – I think because your body isn't able to flush away something or other as easily, or something like that.  I have no idea if that's true or not, but staying properly hydrated is a good idea in general.</p>

Although there is some evidence that drinking lots of water may have a positive effect on a person's metabolic rate, so their is that to consider as well.</p>
