<![CDATA[Can't DL, tracker (limit 2) But won't let me dl 1]]>Something is wrong. I can't download. When I try the tracker reads "bad ratio (current limit 2)"
Is it counting my uploads too? I'm trying to dl a freeleach to no avail.
The yellow bar at the top reads "You have 20 days left to improve your ratio before your download privileges are disabled."
So shouldn't I still be able to dl 1 freeleach file???

So the tracker will count you into the downloading peers. Of course the data which you upload will count towards your upload.

Every time I stop seeding a a false leach another file I am seeding shows up that I'm leaching.
What is going on???
