Only in long term relationships. My bro died from AIDS almost 11 years ago. It isn't a fun way to die. He had "AIDS Pneumonia" and basically suffocated to death. I had to make the decision to take him off life support. I don't want to put anyone else through what I went through. It was so bad that I was diagnosed with PTSD afterwards. :cry2: Be safe guys. always safe. i miss raw sex but when i'm with a stranger i know there's a high risk of hiv and all the other stuff so i'm not even tempted to go bare. only in monogamous relationships can go bare.
