<p dir="auto">Any ideas on how to forcibly pull that file from the peer?</p>

Many connection problems like these which originate from other clients cannot be solved from yours.</p>
<p dir="auto">Alternatively the <em>Request Re-Seed</em> function may be selected from the torrent's page in an attempt to increase the number of connectable seeders.</p>
