in japan, the penis is sacred and must not be shown. go figure.and as tranxuan pointed out, this is a government order due to that reason. if you want japanese porn without pixelation, get a copy from u.k. they have uncensored japanese there.

In Japan, porn studio must censor the actor's genitals and bareback porn is banned.
But some studios which filmed videos for the west market will never get their videos pixelated, that's why we got the glossmen no mask series.
