In the summer when I sweat more I change it twice a week but not in the winter. Normally once a week but sometimes when I'm lazy it can take ten days.

It really depends on how i fell. In the summer i wash them like every 3 days , in winter once every week or so.

I normally shower in the morning, but quite often on days we change the sheets, I shower at night.  There's something wonderful about being clean and sleeping freshly clean sheets.

But seriously: I change them once a week, sometimes I wait one or two more days but more than that they don't very good any more and get cold and heavy with sweat. 😄

If you're living the single life, get at least 2 sets of sheets so you can have one ready in case something happens and you can't wash/dry the other.

You can also get mattress protectors that fully enclose the mattress that zips up at either the head or foot, depending on how you put it on.

Always have 2 in case something happens and you can't wash the dirty set right away.  NEVER use a bare mattress.
