It has been "Snatched 707426 time(s)"<br />
with "Totaltraffic 469.79 TB"</p>
<p dir="auto">Huh?</p>
<p dir="auto">Could this be related to the fact that, although the torrent's "private" flag is set,<br />
the "dht_backup_enable" flag is also true (under "azureus_properties") ?</p>

<p dir="auto">So are we - it is a couple of client programs (especially multi protocol clients) which do not follow the BitTorrent protocol. That is why we urgently warn to use such "wannabe" programs and only recommend capable client programs.</p>

<p dir="auto">I remember 1 torrent where the uploader was the only one listed as snatching {finished downloading} the torrent and he was listed nearly 200 times. He had just changed from one client to another and suddenly this happened.  Once he switched to uTorrent {per my recommendation} he quit having the problem.</p>
