<![CDATA[How do you notify Mods of bad upload?]]>There should be a button to alert the moderators to a bad upload being offered.  I couldn't find one so if it is there, it must be hidden.

Who doesn't accept PMs (what's THAT all about?)

is offering a bad/corrupt download.  1/5th the way through all sound is lost and throughout the vid there is such bad digital snow you can't see the picture.  I downloaded the file twice from two different machines to make sure it wasn't just me and it is bad.  I lost a lot of ratio points and not pleased about it.  Would a moderator please contact dwest666 and have him check/pull the video so others don't waste their time?
