I was wondering why we needed 8 different versions (or 9 in one case) of some movies $:-\$

The one thing with the new one is that it wasn't immediately obvious to me that the numbers were clickable links. I soon discovered they were but just wondered if a different colour might help. Yes, I know what I've just suggested and it is probably more work than it is worth.

I don't think I'm going to be much help with posting this time round. Hope other people will leap in

After your color idea I was just looking at the code for the post. 2222 already does the color for each item, changing it would be no problem. I only hope that he didn't type it all in and he has it on a spread sheet, which would make everything easier to change with each new post/thread/list.

I'm aware about the color, but the table format and the Forum Page format, make it harder, and with helped from MrMazda, the calor is plain white, so the text will be readable. Changing the color again would be a major task because it have to be edited for every single link, we're talking about over than 150 link code here. Haven't tried, but I think a different color would make the table color mixed up.

It because of parenthese + number 8, result emoticon 8), so we have to put a little magic in there so that number won't turn into emoticon.

That would tell people more about the torrent without clicking on the link.

It's a good idea Priest, but it would make the list untidy, that's the second, and the first is I want to, our user search and look for all our collection, not just one or just one particular type, but all, so the torrent would have the same status to be downloaded and to be seeded equally, as our user wanted. That's why we need more and many version. Many version, many choices. Hope with many choices, satisfaction is sealed

2222, from my knowledge of making lists in BB code I thought it would be more work than was worth it to change the colour. As the links work fine it shouldn't take much working out to click them. I If can figure, anyone can

And I admit I LOL when I saw the explanation for the '8' - the law of unintended consequences :rotfl:

But most important is that we now have a new list

PS I once tried using a Works database to compile a list - it worked but I'm not sure it was easier and it made the actual code look messy

The list is based on hundred of movie and voted by thousand voters. I won't say that the 2015 list would represent everybody's favorite or the best, but I'd say the list is valid and reliable.

From your list, Solo (2013) and Ausente (2011) would be my pick.

Hmm, I just realized that the lit was updated and that this thread was up. Looks like everything except one film is here. I will have to see how well my taste matches up with all the 2012 N/A's!

When the list came up, my goal also watch all the N/A's. I have saw about 75% of them and so far they worth in Top 100. But, one that I really disappointed about the rank, The Imitation Game (2014) should have be in Top 10 or at least Top 20. Its a great movie! But, I guess the rank will be increase for the next update list.

Anyway, have you seen Pride (2014)? One of the new Top 10 N/A. Its actually pretty great movie.

! I cried of happiness at the end ;D.

Thanks for the recommendation. I'm surprised, I've seen and/or purchased a lot of the N/A's. I'm starting out with Pride, G.B.F, and The History of Boys.

There are a lot of lesser-known films that these writers never bother to watch so as to put them on their list, though. For example, 'Presque Rien' is my favourite 'gay' film and I don't see that on any 'best of' list even though it's better than most of these films.

Its bother me that Shelter didn't make to Top 10, even Top 20 :cry2:, but I understand because the list is made from wide genre of LGBT themed movies, while our list above made with only main Gay Themed Movie. A good list though. Sure we could use it as a fair compare. Personally, I approve the list.

The list is made from hundreds on gay theme movie and the members of the site its freely to choose their favorite. The Top 100 movie above is listed by popularity, so its no wonder if we can't find many of non-English language movie in there. Personally, I like Presque rien (2000), I rate it 7/10.
