]]>https://community.gaytor.rent/post/125947https://community.gaytor.rent/post/125947Thu, 16 Apr 2015 07:50:29 GMT<![CDATA[Reply to How do you pass time on a long train ride? on Thu, 16 Apr 2015 04:31:46 GMT]]>I just finished a 47 hour train trip in January and the time went faster than i expected.  Of course that time included about 9 hours in Chicago, but the station is downtown so i was out and about for a good bit of that.  But the time on the train itself, I spent reading my pad, listened to a bit of music, and talking to people in the cafe car.  I did have a sleeper roomette so had privacy to sleep, but wasn't in the cabin as much as I expected.  I had several movies on the pad to watch in case I got bored, but never got to them.
