That is how much extrasugar people are used to eat without actual need.

Ignore the weight scales and judge it by how you feel and look. I gained 3 pounds, but lost 4 inches off my waist. Of course that was when I was younger.

You eat too much too. You need a combination of weightlifting to gain muscles, cardio to burn fat, and diet to keep your calorie deficit. It is also possible that you cheat when you eat as well.

From what I've seen, you're not lifting weights. Doing it through calisthenics like you do is possible. I did it this way when I lost my first 74 pounds. The resistance of calisthenics decreases as you lose weight when you should be increasing your load as you get stronger. At this point, I assume that you've lost some weight, but the progress just stops; am I right? You've hit a weight loss plateau. You need to increase the intensity of your workout, or decrease your diet, or both. Weights help you do that. For calisthenics, this is possible only through doing more. Which means more time spent, and more tedium. I had to double the amount of work to break through this point. At the run, I increased up to the point that I had to do like 300+ reps per exercises and spend half a night doing everything. Ate like chicken. I lost my weight. 74 pounds was definitely an achievement, but it was stupid. I had little muscles. Lost hair to boot.

By using weights, you save time. Instead of doing 300+ reps of something, you only need to do 36-48 reps of each. You will be instructed to increase weight until you can do only 10-12 max per set, so your progress will be steady. You need better program than an app to help you. Try BodyBuilding.com , training section, and find the right program for you. I personally really recommend Lee Labrada's program. Lost 20 pounds the second round. (I was already lean.) The progress is not drastic in terms of weight loss, but it really shows in the mirror as you replace your fat with muscles. Try it.

It's totally free, and I've got very obvious results from it. It even has meal plans and optimal calorie calculator. I'm not even at the end of it yet, but I note the increasing number of guys who want to date me. (Seriously.) Keep us updated on how you fare.
