I reckon that'd make more obscure categories get used.

That way videos that, for example, have group sex involving an older man, and young twink and a hunky guy can be in all four categories: Hunks, Twinks, Groupsex, Mature.

We have added a couple a requested categories and they aren't really being used. So, yeah, extra work for little if any reward.
