Having them pierced is the quickest method.
Here is a pic of one of mine…....and believe me, they stay hard and visible ALL the time! Also, increased sensitivity is part of the affects.

you don't look like you have a piercing… your stays hard because of what?

I guess so. At least mine tend to get hard after I do some work out.

it would be cheaper to rub some vick vaporub on your nips, if you want to enlarge them, hardwork is needed by pumping and working them daily

so how rubbing vicks vaporub helps on this case? It's for cold relief right?
