Yep, been walked in on a couple of times part way through. Usually pretty lack luster and not just going to town when I get caught thankfully but yea, a couple odd moments in college when I had a roommate who never kept any thing resembling a schedule.

Never! I'm very careful, expecially when my parents are around. I'm sure to be extra silent. Who knows if they know I do it though, they probably do, what with all those tissues in the trash bin, lol.
