I wait until it's clear that I have plenty of bandwidth to support another upload. For instance, I'm already uploading 0kbps after my first upload because there are plenty of seeders. When I tried uploading a second torrent, it was already approaching 0. But the system seems to have throttled the second torrent anyway. I tried again with a third torrent, and same thing happened.

So, basically: I'm ready for another upload. I'm no longer needed for the first upload (seeding 0kbps, 13 seeders, 0 leechers). When can I upload again?

This is part of why I say that Vuze is the devil's tool.

Anyhoo, if you really do want to use Vuze, I think you might want to give this forum thread a try as it outlines the #1 flaw with uploading a new torrent in Vuze.

When I deleted the old torrent of the one and re-downloaded it, it started working. It took a few turns of deleting and re-downloading for the second one to work. I don't know what that would be from my end.

Our rules are asking to completely distribute a torrent's files within 24 hours after upload when more than one torrent is uploaded at a time, though.

Perhaps you should verify the queuing priorities and number of allowed active torrents (those with data traffic) in your torrent client settings.

In the case you see a error message in the detailed view of the torrent in your torrent client programme, could you please indicate it's exact wording. It might give a hint of the issue.
