Problems not being a chubby boy

Hi there 'Not a chubby boy',
I've experience(d) the same thing, only I am the big, tall, handsome, furry bear who is attracted to guys who are smaller and thin to average build. I seem to attract more big bears than guys like you. Every person has certain things that they are attracted to in others and, at least in my situation, my particular 'list' has pretty much stayed the same since I was a teenager. I'm attracted to a variety of guys. Thin to average builds to guys with a little meat on them, dark hair and big brown puppy dog eyes get me every time! I like guys from smooth all the way to hairy…just not into guys who shave it off. I really have a 'thing' for Latin and Spanish guys...especially the guys shorter than me (they are so easy to pick up and carry off to bed...Grrr). But honestly the non physical stuff is more important than items on my 'list'. I don't care how hot or built or whatever he is...its far more important that he be a decent, funny, caring and (hopefully a fellow hopeless romantic at heart) nice guy who can carry on a conversation that doesn't resemble instant messaging! :cheers: So to get back to your post...there are big bears out there that would love to give a guy like you a big 'ol bear hug and more... :hug:

Yes, there are those… i was one of the "average" guys before, but then one of the guys i dated started being saying i was becoming a chub and thus no longer attractive to him.
my partner typically likes slimmer guys, but he's okay with me gaining a bit of weight. i've always liked bigger, chubby or muscular guys.
It is a common frustration to feel like a minority group, but there it is.

I have the same issues as well. But I wouldn't say I'm handsome or anything. Just an asian guy who is slim. The bears and chubs I am attracted to here all seems to be only attracted to chubs and bears themselves. If not, they are attracted to muscular people. It is frustrating, but I learnt to deal with it by not setting my expectations too high physically. I guess it worked out somehow cause I ended up having a nice boyfriend. He has his flaws, definitely not my ideal type physically. But as a person, I think he's loveable.

also, choosing the right online dating site matters - there used to be a site called chubspot which was dedicated to chubby guys and people who like em… then there's still bearforest and biggercity.

There are a lot of website for chubby who likes chaser, but the world is wide and sometimes you just can't find someone you like near you!

There's no point in trying to make someone interested in you if there's no chemistry. I'm sure there's more chubby guys out there in a similar situation. I suggest posting your profile online to chubby sites and seeing who bites!

It's so difficult that a chubby man could like to be with a slim guy? I think this is a kind of discrimination too: chubbies wanting only to be with other chubbies…You haven't met me! ;D

Dude… think about it this way... you can't change the fact that you're attracted to chubby men. It isn't "discrimination" for you to exclusively be attracted to chubby men.
You're describing "chub4chub" (A chub4chub is a chubby guy that is attracted to other chubby guys).
There's also "chub4chaser" (A chub4chaser is a chubby guy who is attracted to non-chub guys).
There are a LOT more chub4chasers than there are chub4chubs. You should consider yourself extremely lucky, you just need to look in the right places. :cheers:

There's plenty of chubby guys that like slim dudes, trust me, I consider it a problem(Chubby/fat person here), since I'm chub4chub.
If you're looking for a relationship, it mostly depends on your personality, if you're all up and about telling guys you'd bang them, and greeting them in a way that more than likely puts them off, then that's probably why, unless you haven't, then they're possibly just not into fit guys.(And are scared of saying so, that, or maybe you didn't read their profile carefully? Idk)Reason why I'm chub4chub is because of the massive amount of fit/skinny guys I've had send me messages where they tell me I'm cute, then stop talking for good, or just end up saying something silly like "I'd love to screw the hell out of you."(It's good to know, but some guys might think that's weird/unnecessary to start a conversation with) Along with the fact that I was bullied most of the time by skinny people, so I sort of just stayed away from them, and chose to like bigger guys like myself.
There's plenty of reasons a person might not reply to you, but I'm 100% certain there's plenty of chubby dudes out there who dig fit dudes.
Chasabl is certainly a place you'd want to try out, as I've been on there for a few years before, and basically there's plenty of bigger guys whining about not having a skinny/slim/fit guy to love, so you'd probably have a bigger chance there.Now, saying all this, this doesn't mean I'm an expert or anything, this is all just from my experience.

I am usually attracted to slim to medium build or athletic men. The odd stray muscle-bear gets me going now and then, but I am not into fat guys.
