As far as smoking and being poor no I don't beleive theres much of a connection there I believe there is a connection for drugs but not smoking. I believe a lot more of the difference is in reporting discrepancies.</p>

Additionally in the US if the number of packs of cigarettes bought a year were divided by 365 and then divided by the people who smoked according to the CDC then you have people smoking something like 100 packs a day.</p>
