<![CDATA[Do you believe in true love? How do you define the word ''LOVE''?]]>I am not sure if true love really exists and I don't know if I will be able to find it.

Personally, I have never experienced ''LOVE'' except from my family of course. I still do not understand it.

True love is not just a crush, a need to be with someone to keep you company or a fuck buddy. True love is craving for someone because of all the good things they resemble in your life, and dreading at the thought of losing them. It is like…a person being the most important thing in the world for you, your whole world even, and you being the same thing for them. It can start through a crush, but a crush will not necessarily go far by itself. In the end you will understand true love when you feel it, not just by giving it, but by receiving it as well.

I really cared for the person at the time, I only wanted good things to happen for them and supported them in everything they did. They were compatible, and I was with them each for a long time thinking that being compatible was enough. I think a lot of people are in relationships like this.

However, now that I've met the person I'm going to be with for the rest of my life I really understand what true love is. It sounds really cheesy but it's so much more powerful than just being with someone who's compatible and settling. I literally could not live without him. Life wouldn't be worth it. Now that I know how good life can be I know I couldn't replicate this with anyone else and I know he feels the same way about me.

I do agree that since there are 7 billion people on the planet this could have happened with someone else, but now that it's happened with him there couldn't possibly be any replacement.

You dearly miss him when he is not around, think about everyday, worry about him when he has problems and all. I should say I agree with this concept, since I have experienced those moments as well, almost everyday. But at the same time…

I do think this can happen to just anyone who falls in love. It's no longer a true love if you broke up with him. And then, you may find someone else and experience similar condition with this new person, thus, eliminates the meaning of true love, since I believe true love should be only one, and even if you have an argument, you won't just end the relationship. But if someone feels the same way to everyone whom he loves, even have multiple exes... Then I won't consider it as true love.

So, I'm somewhere between a believer and skeptic

The point is, we need somebody to be with us, we can't live alone it's the human nature, so we are always looking for it. And someday you will find someone that you find attractive enough and good enough to be with you. When you find this person you pretty much settle, since you don't have a reason to keep looking. That is what people call Love, is finding a person good enough for you to settle.

But that doesn't mean that person is your true love, or anything like that. If you kept looking, or never found that person, you would probably find somebody else who you would feel pretty much the same. There are more than 7 billion people in the word, of course there is more than one "true love".

And of course, you talked about family, it is a completely different kind of love.
