If you follow these steps as well as the guide you should find it easy (especially after the first one)

Just a quick check list of the steps to posting:
Get everything ready, torrent, contacts, review, link, cover
Go to upload page and follow the steps
Post
Check that the post looks OK (you can edit it)
Download your own torrent
Open your own torrent
Use F5 if necessary to refresh your post (it will take a few minutes)
As soon as you have 'visible' on the torrent page you are away
