This one is really quite old but I feel like it's one of those games that could have been made into a novel or a movie and still work quite well.

But, I would say Cytus 2. I love going through the stories of each character and how they're all connected to each other. Even greater, it's a rhythm game. Well, what can I say? I just love playing rhythm games a lot. XD
