<![CDATA[Is there a problem]]>nothing i have uploaded today is being shown on the main page ,first there were no new files showing up for over 3 hours then a few did show up but the ones i upped never did and there is one now showing that i uploaded it but it never went to the public page

The problem can be easily fixed by switching to a different server, usually outside of the US. Try finding something close to your location so that your download/upload speed isn't compromised much.
In utorrent, the tracker's status should say "working" if everything's working smoothly.
