Yes, that means it has been here sometime in the past but the torrent been deleted from the site.

The most common reasons are:

It breaks the site rules
It is a duplicate
It has had no seeders for a period, no-one is interested anymore
Someone, perhaps a copyright holder, has asked for the torrent to be removed.

The only people, generally who know the reason are the staff and the poster (who will, in most cases, get a polite message from the staff saying why the thing has gone AWOL.)

There is nothing to stop you asking why or if the torrent could be reposted.
