The speed will depend on your Internet Service Provider, the Seeders and Leecher and a correct configuration of your firewalls (on the Computer and DSL box) and the port forwarding (NAT = Network Address Translation) in your Router (which can be integrated in the DSL box) to make you "connectable". Check with Options > Speedtest > Check if Port is forwarded correctly in µTorrent

BTW : Watch your ratio, torrenting means share back what you download, else it would not work well. Yours is so low that you will become a Suspended Leecher
