Is there a way I can check when the 24 hours is up since I downloaded my max amount of torrents?

That will bring you to your Profile summary. There is a block with the number of allowed .torrent files and how many are used.

To note that the 24 hours are gliding, so as soon as one .torrent download is getting longer than 24 hours ago, you can get another.
