25. David’s Birthday (2009)

This Italian melodrama takes the anguish of Matteo, a formerly straight man falling in love with his friend’s handsome son David to literally operatic proportions. The film boasts two extremely steamy scenes set to classical music – and one of them even ends in a suitably over-the-top tragic death. The two scenes (which really serve as two bookended parts of the same scene) are jaw-droppingly racy – especially when, after having been interrupted in the middle of sex with David by his wife, Matteo doesn’t have the sense to stop thrusting as he pleads with her for her understanding. Strange film, but undeniably hot scenes.

24. I Love You Phillip Morris (2009)

Wow. Boasting one of the biggest Hollywood stars on this list – Jim Carrey – the opening scene of this based-on-true-events romp is as in-your-face as an attempted mainstream release gets. Audacious, unapologetic, and apparently too much for nervous executives to handle – the film ultimately was dumped into a handful of theaters despite its big-name stars and rave notices.

21. Little Ashes (2008)

It’s always interesting when a current Hollywood It-Boy decides to go gay to bank some artistic cred. In Little Ashes, Twilight star Robert Pattinson fooled around with a fella while telling the story of Salvador Dali and Federico Garcia Lorca. While they never go all the way, their rooftop scene will be enough to send most Twi-hards into fits.

An interview in the September issue of Germany Interview magazine, Pattison admits he masturbated on the set during a sex scene. “My orgasm face is recorded for eternity,” Pattison said, pointing out that faking it “just doesn’t work, so I pleasured myself in front of the camera.”

John Cameron Mitchell‘s real sex experiment was a mixed bag, but when it worked it managed to get to some real truths about sex and intimacy. One of the most notable scenes featured a three-way between a gay couple (Paul Dawson and PJ Deboy) and a new friend (Jay Brannan) that is at once sexy, thrilling, awkward, charming, and hilarious. Plus, when’s the last time you saw a man sing “The National Anthem” into another man’s backside? Actually, don’t answer that – let’s keep a little mystery, shall we?  ;D

Certainly not for everyone, Shank sets out to shock and appall from the opening scene, where two men do drugs in a car and have sex in the woods before one beats and robs the other. It kind of goes downhill from there. But at the center of this maelstrom of sex, sadism and misery is a frank love scene between the central thug and his new lover. Unfortunately, though, the film is most notable for its violent and disturbing climax, where the antihero is raped by his best friend while his lover is forced to watch. Notable if only for showing just how low things can go.

The first love scene between the two men is notable because they are both completely clothed – not that it diminishes the intensity of the scene in the least.

15. Chillerama (2011, Segment: “I Was a Teenage Werebear”)

Werebear is interesting for several reasons. First, it’s a full-on gay romance set inside an otherwise totally straight (and at some points aggressively so) horror/comedy anthology film. Second, it stars gay porn actor Brent Corrigan (as Sean Paul Lockhart) in his first starring non-sex role. And it’s also a musical. While mid-grade raunch is the name of the game in this splatter comedy, there is a gay sex scene to be had as well, when the main werebear gets bloody revenge on a locker room bully by… um… raping him to death. Okay, that’s awful, but it’s actually not as horrific as it sounds – and as the inspiration for the film was crappy teen beach horror movies from the ’60s, it’s played more for laughs than anything.

5. Brüno (2009)

Love it or hate it, Sacha Baron Cohen and Larry Charles‘ follow-up to their massive breakout hit Borat is as daring as mainstream comedy gets. At its best, the film used satire to expose the ridiculousness behind fear of gay intimacy and gay people. At its worst, it was just blisterlingly funny in all the wrong ways. Case in point: the title character’s insanely over-the-top hotel room romp with Diesel, which involved a fire extinguisher, a giant slingshot, a hand-vacuum, and the most inspired champagne bottle cozy in film history. Here it is, in its ridiculous, fake-censored but still probably very NSFW glory.

A happy ending and Mormon underwear — it’s a first.

And, some critics said, Latter Days is a film about Missionary (Sex, ops!) Man!  ;D

Bad Boy Street is a movie about love, romance and chance encounters. It is about an unexpected relationship that develops between an older man and a young guy. That one man is Claude, played by Yann de Monterno, an older French man who might be in his late 30s or early 40s who is an average office worker with a small, two-story apartment on or near Bad Boy Street. He likes to dance and hang out at gay clubs. One Friday night, Claude is walking home alone and he finds a young American passed out drunk on the pavement. Claude can't find a wallet with identification, so he brings the American home to sleep it off. The next morning, the American named Brad, played by Kevin Miranda, wakes up naked in Claude's bed. They didn't hook up, but after Brad reconnoiters, he immediately does have sex with Claude.

The body chemistry between the main leads is already hot and they make you beg to see them naked on a sex scene so imagine if you could connect the scenes. Its definitely hell of sex + the extended scenes from DVD.
