a) The owner of the copyright has authorised those sharing activity
b) The owner hasn't made a take down request to those sites
c) The site(s) are in opposite to GayTorrent.ru evil pirate sites and don't process take down notices

To know which of the three possibilities applies, you need to ask the site owners, respectively copyright owners.
