It has nothing to do with the file content.</p>
<p dir="auto">There are many reasons for a connection issue. It can be torrent client side (e.g. not resolving (wrong) tracker URL), computer system and/or router/modem setup side (firewall, anti virus, portforwarding), ISP side (e.g. torrent traffic throttling) or the tracker (down, refusing connection, wrong passkey, removed torrent, low share ratio, too many connections …)</p>
<p dir="auto">You get some hints in the details view in the trackers information.</p>

Run a a network and bandwidth connection.  Check firewall.</p>
