I want to get a PA! Unfortunately I will have to wait a few months as I got circumcised a few weeks ago and still waiting for some swelling to go down. Getting a nipple piercing soon though ;D. Has anyone here gotten a nipple piercing? Did it hurt?

About the nipple piercings, is not a big deal really. It all depends on your pain threshold. I used to have one, but the idea of having a hole there eventually made me take it off and let it heal…(But now I'm toying with the idea of piercing my nipples again...go figure)

Personally never liked piercings of any kind on a guy (or jewelry for that matter) Though tattoos are hot. as for a dick piercing I had a guy fuck me who had one and it takes a lot longer for it to become pleasurable and I didn't notice any increased pleasure additionally if I am in a long term relationship and we both have been tested I prefer no condoms and a PA prevents that as far as I know.

From the people I know, a PA can be quite annoying, ie a lot of guys have to pee sitting down because of spraying and that is not ideal when you go out. There are some jewellery that help, or techniques like pushing the bottom ball against the bottom hole. I was curious to try one, but unlike other places that are are pierced, this one does not close back if allowed to fully heal. The urine acidity causes an almost "cauterized" healing which prevent the hole to close back. Also, with a PA, you can absolutely forget about bb sex, unless you also like to play russian roulette.
Though I am very heavily tattooed, 340+ hours, I don't have many piercings, few small ones on the ears, 16ga nostrils, two lower lip, 4ga nipples which I really like (if you think about piercing 1 nipple, it is easier to just go ahead and do both, you should get a price deal, just 1 looks a bit off anyway) and 4ga scrotum with a heavy steel ring on it. When I top my partner he said the piercing hitting his taint feel awesome. Going to split my tongue next week, got rimmed by a split tongue once and it was fucking hot, want to do the same!!
About pain, which ever mod you want, ink or steel, pain cannot be a factor to consider. Piercings can hurt a LOT, got my nipples done at 8ga, navel (retired) and scrotum at pierced with a 4ga (5mm diam.) needle, yeah it fucking hurts but it is like for a couple seconds. Tip, if you inhale deep right before the piercing, and exhale hard during the piercing it is much easier, I always do that when I get the 4Ga hooks thrown when I suspend.
A piercing is a bit of commitment at first, you just cannot be careless with hygiene and do NOT go for the cheaper "piercer" you can find, work only with a credited professional at a studio. -
I find most piercings unattractive (including earrings). I can't help anticipating them getting caught on something and being ripped off. Penile piercings are the most cringe-inducing type to me; I wince when I see them.

Regarding genital piercings...they do look painful, though I admit I know the piercer will numb the area...also, how long do they take to heal? And...can you still put a condom on them or do you need to handle sex with a pierced-penis guy extra carefully?

never had an issue with safe sex whilst wearing mine ever , a PA is actually quite a safe piercing to have , its safer than a lip eye nipple or belly button one as your urine acts as an antibacterial and antiseptic . when i had mine done there was no anaesthetic , however it was over and done with so fast i didnt know my piercer had placed it in for me , the most uncomfortable part i would have to say was the calliper things she used , however i opted for my PA to be done slightly to the side and not exactly through the middle where my frenulum scar is
as that style of PA ( its how uncircumcised men have to have a PA done ) heals weeks earlier than one straight through the middle , if i recall it took little over a week and a half to heal but i went gentle with play for 3 weeks. -
