If your internet is slow that can be the cause. To much torrent, can slow down torrents. You should set the maximal upload rtae to about 80% of your internet access capability.<br />
Use µTorrent's speed test to get the right setting.</p>

And yes, I'm talking about the bar on Utorrent. I have observed that it happens whwn my internet is slow, but I wanted to be certain of it so I posted this.</p>
