I only ask due to experiencing a different system on a straight torrent site that rewards per torrent, and generates seed bonus points (credits) very quickly.

The site is correctly showing the seeding of the 6 torrents. I'm not sure if you were able to fix it or if the tracker refreshed. In either case, thank you for all of your help.

Yes, our tracker supports Deluge. Unfortunately while I look, you never seed. So I'll need to wait tomorrow to see if your SBP counter changed. You can look for the tracker status in Deluge and if you see them as seeding on your Profile page.

Side question: How do I go about posing a change to this policy so that it is per torrent? I ask, because I seem to download unpopular torrents, and am usually flirting with the ratio.

There is the board "Suggestions & Site Feature Requests" > https://community.gaytor.rent/index.php?board=144.0 with already some topics about that subject. You can add your request to the most fitting.

The current system giving full bonus points already for one torrent is advantageous for new users having got only one or few torrents to seed.

Changing it to a per torrent system would require less per torrent and a non linear attribution, e.g. times the square root of torrent seed. The seed bonus must remain a bonus system and not replace real uploads of data.

The average of torrents seed per seeding members is around 50. At this moment 476055 seeds by 9572 members > 49.7 seeds/member. With linear attribution of the current 0.5 bonus points per hour but per torrent it would mean 25 SBP for an average seeder corresponding to 121 KBytes/s upload rate. That is more than a normal ADSL user will have.

Or the exchanged SBP would mean an upload rate of all members together of about 1 135 MBytes/s, which is to compare to the 265 MBytes/s of real upload registred at this moment by the tracker. The current system generates about 23 KBytes/s or about 8% of that real upload rate.
