Definitely with you on this.  Most guys in video don't do it correctly - either because they don't want to or they don't know how to.  It never lasts very long (as you say the rimmer should be opening the hole up) and they hardly ever fuck the bottom with their tongue.  It is really hard to find a good rim job in a gay film.  Probably because so many guys are gay 4 pay.
